A research and performance project developed during the CNM × IRCAM Inside residency in collaboration with IRCAM’s research teams. Exploring brain activity, sleep and generative composition, Modular Dream translates real-time EEG signals into a generative musical system connected to a modular synthesizer. As a participant approaches sleep, their neural activity shapes evolving sonic textures and spatial sound environments.
